Are your parents often angry with you? Or do you always disagree with your parents? Maybe the relationship between you and your parents is terrible. In fact, you can change the situations by the following keys.
Respect(尊敬). It's important to show your respect and care about your parents' feelings. Though you have disagreements, at least try to understand whatever they are trying to tell you. You shouldn't keep your own thoughts only.
Communication. You may not get what you want, but explaining your thoughts calmly and rationally(理性地)may help your parents know your need better.
Honesty(诚实). It depends on what you do. For example, if you get home late without calling first, your parents may not believe you next time. To win their trust, you must pay attention to the ways you do things instead of arguing with them.
Spending time together. Some teens find that sharing time together can build trust and communication. Your parents may be interested in going shopping, hanging out and playing cards with you.
Your parents will give all their love to you. Why not try these ways actively to own a happy family as you want?
A. It will make your life much easier.
B. You can communicate with your parents in a polite way.
C. And for you, it's difficult to make home a happy and healthy place.
D. How can your parents build trust in you?
E. Spending time with them will drive away the " black clouds" hanging over your home.
One rainy afternoon, I had nothing to do at home and felt very1 . "Why not volunteer (做志愿者)to meet people and try2 new?" I thought. So I turned on my computer and on a website, I3 a farm in France that wanted some volunteers for a month. It was summer holiday, so l4 go. I sent them an email, and soon I was5 there.
On the farm, I6 fifteen horses and sheep! I soon found I was a terrible "father" but I was7 happy that I made some great friends and also improved my French8 , you needn't go to other countries to volunteer. I've had lots of volunteer experiences (经历)at home too.
It is9 that helping others makes us feel good. But volunteering can10 other good things, too. I once volunteered in a clothes shop so I could fill my wardrobe (衣橱)11 lots of nice cheap clothes.
Volunteering is really fun, 12 my favorite part of volunteering is creating and sharing stories. My experiences on the farm gave me many funny13 to tell. Talking to volunteers from different countries also helped me14 more about the world, I feel thankful (感激) to have had so much fun with many nice people15 volunteering!
