My Family Rules

Do you love traveling? More and more students like1  bikes to travel on the road. But it may be2 on your trip. For your own safety(安全), do the following things.

As we all know, at the beginning of the year of the rat, a great thing happened in our country, that is 2019-nCoV. -a serious virus(病毒). The virus is more serious than Sars(非典）in 2003. It spreads(传播)more quickly and can attack(攻击)our lungs(肺部）. People who once get 2019-nCoV, will have a fever and cough for days. Even it can make people lose their lives. Now, the situation of 2019-nCoV. (疫情)has influenced us and our country has taken strong action to fight against the virus. So, as teenagers, what can we do to beat 2019-nCoV? Here are some rules to follow. 

First, wear surgical mask(口罩）rightly. The surgical mask can stop the virus from going into our mouths and noses. 

Second, stay at home often. It's important for us to do this. We mustn't visit others , have parties or go to the places with lots of people. 

Third, try not to take other transportation, such as bus, trains and so on. And don't touch public facilities. (公共设施）

Fourth, when we talk to others, we should keep over 1 meter away. Don't shake hands or hug with other people. When we sneeze(打喷嚏)or cough, we must use our hands or tissue(纸巾)to cover our nose and mouth.

Fifth, keep the air fresh, we must keep our rooms clean and windows open. After that, we should also often wash our hands. At last, don't forget to exercise every day to keep healthy. If everyone can obey these rules, we can beat(打败)2019-nCoV soon and then we will have a happy and healthy life. 

How to keep your safe(安全) from strangers(陌生人) when you're alone or with other kids? If you follow a few rules all the time, you can be really safe. 

Don't get close to strangers'cars. If a stranger stops his car and gives you a ride, don't get in. It's also important to avoid a stranger's car completely(完全地）. If a stranger ask you to look into their car , don't do it. 

Let adults(成年人）help strangers. It's nice to help people. But remember strangers should ask adults, not kids for help. If a stranger 

asks you for help, such as taking him somewhere or finding lost money, don't do it. Be sure to keep away from unsafe areas, such as the forest(森林)and small dark streets.

Think out safe places in your mind. If you need help, you can stop at the safe places , like the house of the kids you know, houses of your parents'friends , stores, restaurants , police stations and libraries. 

Keep calm(保持冷静)when you are in danger. Shout out for help if you see someone around you. That's the perfect time to be noisy.
