After drinking a cup of tea in 2004, Hugh Henry began to enjoy the special  (味道) and culture of Chinese tea.

"I enjoy drinking tea very much and never go back to coffee!" said Henry, an American. He is(感兴趣的) in tea. "I want to(鼓励) more Americans to try to understand Chinese people and culture."

"Tea (提供) a bridge to understanding China and making friends. When I came to China, I wanted to be friends with Chinese people and tea was the (完美的) way to do that," he said. "It's a beautiful connection of art, science and (友谊)".

In 2014, Henry became an English teacher at the College of Tea Art in Guizhou Forerunner College. It suits him well both in pursuing his interest in tea and improving the students' language(技能).

As for language learning Henry said, "If you want to improve your English, you have to make mistakes and you can (笑) about it." And he means it also for himself. Every time he hears a new Chinese word, he will try to use it in (日常的) conversations.

"As a teacher, I'm often correcting my students' mistakes. But when I go out to plant and pick tea, it's their turn to teach me. They are(耐心的) all the time," Henry said.
