Hello, everyone! I'm Sarah. I am thirteen 1. I'm a student. I like to go to the 2 every weekend. I like watching(看) animals and taking photos of 3. I like cute and lovely 4 very much. Do you 5 them? I have a pet. Her 6 is Kitty. I like her very much. She is my 7 friend. She likes to play 8 me and she has a beautiful voice (嗓音). Kitty is yellow and white. She is very lovely. But she is 9 lazy. My mum says she always sleeps after I go to school. Her favorite 10 is fish. But she doesn't like mice (老鼠). Every day she is very happy. Do you know what she is? Yes, she is a cat.
My name is Nana. I'm a very big animal. I live in a zoo in the UK. I have a long neck (脖子)and long legs. I eat leaves (叶子)on the trees. Do you know what animal I am? |
I'm Bob. I live in a zoo in Thailand. Many people like my friends and me because we're smart and friendly, but some people like us because of our ivory. |
I'm Ann. I live in Australia. I am not very big. Many people come to the zoo to see me. I sleep a lot every day, but that's not because I'm lazy. I need a lot of sleep to help me conserve energy (保存能量). |
My name is Beibei. I am in a zoo in America now, but my home is in China. I'm black and white. Bamboos (竹子) are my favorite food. Everyone says I'm cute. Do you like me? |
There is an elephant and a monkey (猴子).They're friends, but one day they want to know who is stronger(更强壮的). One of them says, "Whoever can get apples over there is stronger."
There's a river over there. The monkey says, "I can't swim." The elephant says, "I can swim. Please sit on my back." They go across the river. The apple tree is very high. The elephant can't reach(够得着)the apples. The monkey climbs(爬)up the tree and gets many apples.
Now they know they should help each other.
