    Rose is an American school girl. She is now in Beijing with her parents.

    It's Sunday morning. Rose gets up early in the morning. After breakfast her parents take her to the zoo. They go to see the pandas and other. The pandas live only in China. There are not any pandas in America. So they like the pandas . Outside the zoo gate there is a picture. It's a picture of a panda with "welcome". In the zoo, Rose sees not only pandas but also many other animals.

    The panda is  and fat. It looks like a ball. It always moves slowly like a ball rolling. There are also elephants. The elephant is the biggest animal on land. There are many monkeys on the bill. Some of are sitting in the trees. Some are picking nuts. And the others are running or climbing up the trees. Rose and her parents have a good time in the zoo.

    Three students go shopping with their families. Now let's look at what they want to buy.

    Hello! I'm Bill, I'm thirteen years old. My mother and I are at the fruit store. We want to buy three apples, six bananas, six oranges and some pears.

    Hi! My name is Wendy. I go to the market with my mother today. We need four eggs, two carrots, two tomatoes and some broccoli for dinner.

    My name is Linda. Today is my father's birthday. My mother and I want to buy a cake, some noodles and eggs. We are in the supermarket now. We buy some noodles and eggs but the cake in the supermarket is not very good. So we'll go to have a look at a cake store near the supermarket.

    Some children are flying kites near the river. They are very high and Peter can see them  the classroom. After lunch his aunt comes to see his mother and brings a kite to him. It looks like a bird. He wants to fly it but his mother doesn't let   do that.

    "It's time to go to school," says his mother. "You can fly it after dinner."

    The boy is unhappy, and says goodbye to his aunt and leaves. Now he is in the classroom but he doesn't Miss Black. He only thinks how to fly the kite. Miss Black writes something on the blackboard and then turns to the class.

    "Name nine things with milk in them, Peter," she says.

    The boy doesn't  her and still sits there. A boy in Row 4 beats his back and he knows it. He stands up and Miss Black asks him the question again. He thinks for some time and then says, "Yes, madam, tea, coffee, cake and ... er...  six cows."

    I'm very glad that you are going to visit me. The seaside is very beautiful in this season. There is a lot of nice seafood. I think I must tell you how to get to my home. After you get off the plane at the airport, you can take the No. 106 bus to Zhujiang Road. The bus stop is near my home. My home is No. 2 on this road. It's a big white house with many trees and {lowers around it. It's not far from my home to the beach. So we can go there on foot. We can swim in the sea, or have a sunbath.
