Everyone needs friends. We all like to feel close to someone. It is nice to have a friend to talk, to laugh, and to do things with. Surely, sometimes we need to be alone. We don't always want people around. But we will feel lonely if we never have a friend.

No two people are the same. Sometimes friends don't get along well. That doesn't mean that they no longer like each other. Most of the time they will make up and become friends again.

Sometimes friends move away. Then we feel very sad.____▲___ But we can call them and write to them. It could be that we couldn't even see them again. And we can make new friends. It is surprising to find out how much we like new people when we get to know them.

There's good news for people who have friends. They live longer than people who don't. Why? The reason could be that they are happier. Being happy helps them stay well. Anger is a kind of feeling. Many things can make you angry. When your teacher gives you too much homework, when your team loses an important game, when a friend borrows your favorite thing and then breaks it, you may get really angry.

Usually, your body will tell you when you are angry. For example, you breathe(呼吸)faster, your face turns red, and you may want to break something or hit someone, but sometimes, you hide your anger. For example, you may hide it in your heart. The problem is that if you do this, you may get a headache or your stomach may hurt.

When you get angry, you can talk about it with other people.
