Frank is from London, and now he lives in Hangzhou. He is  new student in Daming's class.

It's a fine Friday afternoon. Daming comes to (Frank) house. He says, "Are you going to Mount Taishan with me the weekend?" Frank says,

"Yes." They (look) forward to the trip and making a plan.

Daming is going to buy two train (ticket) to Mount Taishan on the Internet. He tells Frank it's a bit (cold) tomorrow.  Frank takes out his warm clothes. Frank is also going to take his camera because he wants to take some beautiful photos and send (they) to his friends in London.

Frank is going (shop) in the evening. He wants (buy) some food for the weekend. They are going to have a picnic on Mount Taishan.

Frank and Daming are going to have a great weekend.

My name is Sally. I want to go to South Africa on holiday with my parents. Here're our plans.

Day 1 Arriving in Harrismith

We will arrive at Harrismith Airport in the morning. It's the most beautiful town of South Africa. There is a famous house called Lion House. I learn it from a travel show on TV. There are lions around the house. Visitors (游客) are never more than 5 metres away from a lion at Lion House. However, I don't think I can sleep well because it will be a scary night.

Day 2 Going to Jeffrey's Bay

There is a wonderful beach in Jeffrey's Bay. Paragliding(滑翔伞运动) is one of the popular sports there. My father and I want to try it. Well, I don't think he will really try it. He is afraid of heights. But I will. After that, we will ride bicycles along the beach. It will be an enjoyable day.

Day 3 Visiting Franschhoek Motor Museum

We will do something special on the third day. My family love cars, so we want to visit a car museum—Franschhoek Motor Museum. We can watch different kinds of cars and take many photos there.

I'm sure we will have a wonderful trip in South Africa.

Here are the summer plans.

Wang Lin is going to practise(练习) playing volleyball hard because she wants to (赢) the volleyball match in September, She (希望) to be a volleyball player in the future. Mary is going to have (乐趣) at her grand-mother's in the (乡下). She is going to take a (散步) every day. Betty is going to join in a summer (营地) in Australia and go (观光) there. She will enjoy the beautiful (海滩) a lot. I am going to do something helpful, such as (收集) litter in the park or visiting the old people's home. We will all enjoy ourselves (在······期间) the summer holiday.

May Day is coming. Billy, Jenny and Tom are going to Beijing 1  a holiday. They tell their parents about it. Their parents 2  yes. Here are their 3 .

On 1st May they want to 4  the Great Wall. They are leaving at 7:00 in the 5 .They are going to 6  photos there. Jenny wants to send these photos to 7  parents. Tom and Billy want to give 8  to their friends. 9  2nd May they are going to the Summer Palace. It is a beautiful 10  . They want to go to the Palace Museum. There are many 11  things in it. They are very interesting. They want to go 12  in Wangfujing Street. Billy wants to 13  a sweater for his mother. Jenny wants to buy a T-shirt for her father. Tom wants to buy a skirt for his sister. On 3rd May they are going 14  home. 15  nice their trip plans are!

Find Free Things to Do on Weekends

On weekends, many people usually spend some money going shopping. But there are some free and interesting things to do on weekends.

. There are some things people can do in the park. Basketball, tennis, baseball and soccer may be sports for free. If we go to a big park, we can also fly kites.

. Playing chess is popular with all ages. It's interesting and it helps us become smart. We can also play table tennis. It's not difficult but interesting. We can play these games at home.

. Books can free you from the boring everyday life. Inside the local library there are many books for anyone to read.

. If you like watching movies, you can stay at home and watch them on TV. It's relaxing to watch movies in your living room with some popcorn.

. Is your guitar sitting in the corner? Why not pick it up and play it? If you have friends who can also play instruments(乐器), why not meet together and have a good time?
