A day at school

I am a junior high school student. I love going to school. My school is close(近) to my home, so I always go to school1 . Classes start at 8 a. m. , and I am never2 . My favorite subject is Geography. I like3  about different places in the world.

In4  morning, we usually study Chinese, Math and English. We have5  morning break at 9: 50 a. m. When the bell rings, I run to the playground 6 my best friends Tom and Jack. We often play games. Break ends(结束) at 10: 10 a. m. How 7 it is!

Lunch is from 11:50 a. m. to 12: 30 p. m. Afternoon classes end8 3:30 p.m. Then Tom, Jack and I take part in the school 9 . We make great music together.

On weekdays, Tony usually gets up at half past six in the morning. he eats breakfast at about seven. Then he goes to school. he gets to school at about 7:45. He doesn't like to be late. We begin our first class at 8:00. At ten o'clock, we usually do eye exercises in the classroom. he has lunch at school. In the afternoon, classes are over at 4:00. Sometimes he plays basketball, and sometimes he plays volleyball, sometimes he goes swimming with his friends. Then he gets home at about 5:00. After dinner, he often has lots of homework to do. It usually takes him 2 hours to do homework.

Jim comes from America. Now he studies in No.5 Middle School in Beijing. Every morning he 1  to school at 7:00.He has four classes in the morning and two in the2

He3  English very well. He often helps his Chinese friends 4  English. He doesn't like math. He thinks it's 5 .His favorite subject is PE. He thinks it's6 . His PE teacher is very strict (严格的）with him. His last class every school day ends (结束）at 4:00.He can be in all kinds of activities (活动）in the 7 . Jim wants to know more about Chinese culture(文化).From Monday to Wednesday he often does Chinese kung fu. On Thursday he often plays chess8 an hour. 9  weekends he is in the activities of10 club. He likes playing the erhu. Every afternoon he gets home at about six o'clock. How busy his day is!
