A 7-year-old boy got lost in Australia's Deep Greek Conservation Park and a kangaroo saved him.

According to the news, Simon took a walk in the forest on Saturday after eating lunch with his family. It is said that the lost boy wanted to pick flowers for his mom. Unluckily, he got lost and was out all night in the forest without warm clothes. His parents were very worried.Then the police started to look for the boy, and they found Simon 24 hours later.

But whatever happened, the truth was that Simon was lost for almost 24 hours. The overnight weather was cold and wet.

So, how did the lost boy spend the cold night?

The family said that Simon's flowers for his mom attracted(吸引)a kangaroo. His dad said,"A kangaroo came close to him, ate the flowers in his hands and fell asleep next to him."

The last day,we went to the special man-made park of Beijing.It is famous for Bird Nest(鸟巢) and the Water Cube(水立方) .Bird Nest looks like a big nest.The Water Cube looks like a huge blue box.They

Do you know about Halloween?It started many years ago in Europe.It began as"Hallow Evening".At that time people called November 1st"All Saints'Day" ( 万 圣 日 ) .And people usually remembered all the saints on this day,because they did not have their own special day.People believed that all the spirits of dead people(亡者 的灵魂)came back to their homes on the night of October 31st.

Black is one of the traditional Halloween colors,probably because people usually celebrate(庆祝) this festival at night.Pumpkins are a symbol of Halloween,so orange is the other traditional Halloween color.People also make pumpkin lanterns on Halloween.

Halloween is great fun for children.They dress up as ghosts or black cats.Small children knock on doors,and shout,"Trick or treat!" Of course,people always choose to give them candies as a treat,and they don't want a"trick".Adults(成年人) sometimes"trick or treat" their friends like children,too.Usually the"treat"is a glass of wine(葡 萄酒)or some small gifts.

When I was six years old, I began to sing and read poetry(诗歌). At eight, I started working as a volunteer(志愿者) to 1 others. I used to (过去常常) sing to my mother's friends,and then I2 singing to homeless(无家可归的) people.

I wrote three books of poetry and songs. Now I'm writing the 3 one.I sold my books and gave away all of the4 to children's charities(慈善机构). Many people in the world can't see or5 anything, and I always feel sorry for them.6  some money from my first book went to a school for deaf and blind kids. Other money went to the Lion Club. The7 started an activity to help the blind.
