Many people today like to exercise. Some like to run, and some like to walk. Others like to dance or play balls. They do different kinds of exercise. Why do people like exercising? Because it's good for their health. And exercise helps make them sleep better at night.
You may like to run. If you do, take care of your feet. Make sure you have the right shoes. Some people like to run on roads, but they must watch out for cars. Walking is good exercise. You may take a long walk in the park. Go with a friend. The two of you may have a great time.
Some people like to swim. But others don't like to go into the water. If you like this kind of exercise, make sure that someone is watching you. You must always take care when you are in the water. Jumping a rope(跳绳) or riding a bike is also good exercise.
There is lots of other exercise. Find out what you like. You may need help at first. Some people often do exercise, and they can help you. Do exercise every day, and you will know how it makes you feel.
I go to school five days a week, and I have two days off-- Saturday and Sunday. I start to relax on Friday night because I'm tired from a week of classes and tests. I usually go to the movies with my friends.
I hardly ever get up early on weekends. I often have breakfast at 9:30 am. After breakfast, I go to the gym (健身房). After lunch, I usually go outside with my dog. We often go to the park and play there. Sometimes I go camping in the park with my friends. If it's rainy or snowy,
I'll stay at home to watch TV, listen to music or read.
Sometimes I do something special on weekends. I help at a children's hospital twice a month. The kids there are happy to see me.
