With schools closed and restrictions(限制) on public activities, it can be a difficult time for young people, who suddenly can't spend time with their friends and family in person.

However, the situation has already led to some creative ways of using technology to keep in touch with those people, from video calls and group chats(聊天) to online games.. Experts say that young people might find the social restrictions on seeing their friends in real life stressful(有压力的), which is why technology can be helpful.

My best friend Gina used to be an outgoing girl. She often played soccer with boys. But now she is very quiet and shy. She often reads in the library and wears white skirts.

Enjoy every day, even every moment and take from it what you possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to who you have never talked to before, and really listen. You should set your sights high, hold your head up, tell yourself you are a great one and believe in yourself.
