I'm Susan, an English teacher from Canada. I am living in Beijing with my family now. We have a big house. There are many rooms in our house — a big living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, four bedrooms and a nice study. I usually cook food in the kitchen and we all have meals (三餐) in the dining room. In our living room, there are comfortable sofas and a big TV set. We like to watch TV and have a rest (休息) there. The study is next to the living room. In it, there is a new computer. It's my daughter Linda's birthday present (生日礼物) from her grandfather. Linda often does her homework there. You can also see a small garden with beautiful flowers in front of the house. Do you think it's a nice house?

We have a big library in our school. There are many kinds of books in it. When you want to borrow some books, you must read the following first. It can help you find the book you want to borrow easily.

There is a big hall on the first floor. There are many shelves in the hall and there are many books on them. When you come into the hall, you will see lots of picture books for children on the first shelf. The storybooks (故事书) about history and geography are on the second shelf. There are some books about music on the left of the second shelf. Next to it, the books on the shelf are about art.

On the second floor, there are all kinds of DVDs and CDs. Some of them are for the students and some are for the teachers. You can also listen to music in the special (特殊的) rooms there.
