Tom: I'd like some beef. I eat beef with a knife and fork. 

Bob: I'd like some noodles. I eat noodles with chopsticks. 

Cindy: I'd like some soup. I have soup with a spoon. 

Jerry: I'd like some salad. I eat salad with a fork.

Tom is my friend. He is from the USA. He has dinner with my family to-day. Dinner's ready. I'd like some rice and vegetables. Tom would like some rice and chicken. He can use a knife and fork. He can't use chopsticks. But he wants to have a try. My father would like some rice and fish. The fish is fresh. My mother would like some eggs and tomatoes. After dinner, we would like some fruit. We are very happy today. 

Mike: Welcome to my home!

Mike: Would you like some juice? 

Friends: 

Mike: OK. Wait a minute. You can watch TV in the living room. 

Friends: We can help you in the kitchen.

Eating Habits

I'm Zhang Peng. I'm from China. We always have a big dinner on Chi-nese New Year's Eve(除夕). All people of the family get together. We would like to eat dumplings and fish. We eat with chopsticks. 

David is from the USA. In the USA, people usually eat with a knife and fork. They have a big dinner on Christmas Day. They would like to eat turkey. 

Timmy is from India. People from India would like to eat lamb(羊羔肉). They eat food with their right hand.
