The Spring Festival comes after New Year's Day. It's in January or February. It's the Chinese New Year. The Spring Festival is the biggest festival in China. All the Chinese like this festival. When it comes, people are busy. They clean the windows, doors and floors. And they go to the supermarket to buy new clothes and food. On the eve of the festival, everyone comes back home from other places. They have a big dinner together. They eat delicious dumplings. Some families have a party. They sing, dance and have a good time. 

Today is the Dragon Boat Festival. Kids don't go to school. Lily invites Mary to play with her. 

In the morning, they watch the dragon boat race. Each group wants to be the first. Mary is very happy. She likes it very much. She knows the story about the festival from Sally. Then they draw some pictures about the Dragon Boat Festival. In the afternoon, Lily's mother teaches them to make zongzi. There are red beans in zongzi. They eat zongzi for dinner. It is delicious.
