Many English people eat four meals a day: breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner.

People have breakfast in the morning. They eat eggs and bread. They drink tea or coffee at breakfast. Lunch is at one o'clock. Tea time is from 4:00 to 5:00 in the afternoon and dinner is at about 7:30. First they have soup, then
they have meat or fish with vegetables. After that they eat some fruit, like bananas.
