Deng Yaping used to be a well-known table tennis player. In my heart, she is one of the greatest (英雄).
When she was five years old, she (开始) playing table tennis. She (参加) many competitions and won four gold (奖牌) in the Olympics. When she was twenty-four, she stopped playing. After that she studied in Tsinghua (大学)in Beijing and then went (在国外)to study. At first, her English wasn't good (足够). Once again she worked hard and completed her doctor's (学位)at Cambridge University seven years later.
Deng has a strong (意志). (无论什么) she does, she never gives up. She sets a good example for all of us!
