It was a Sunday morning. My parents went to attend the marriage celebration of one of my relatives in the next village. I did not go with them because I wanted to prepare for my tests at home. But I 1to attend the celebration at 1:00 p. m. by my parents.
At about 11:00 in the morning my uncle came. My parents were absent. I had to treat him myself. I went to the kitchen and searched for the biscuits. But I couldn't find them. I also tried2a cup of tea for him. But3no milk. I went to my neighbor's house and borrowed some milk. But by mistake I added salt4sugar. When I offered the cup of tea5my uncle, he gladly accepted it. Then I realized my mistake when he asked for sugar for the tea. I6find the sugar, so again l rushed to my neighbor's house for it.
After the tea, my uncle left. It was time for me to go and 7the celebration. However, 8 I went to get my bike, I found that it had a flat tire. I thought of borrowing the neighbor's bike, but I felt embarrassed to request him for the third time,9__ I decided to go there on foot. However, by the time I got there, the celebration10over. I told my parents everything and they pitied me for my bad day.
