Every child in China grows up hearing the story of Sun Wukong, Last year there was a Peking Opera film named Havoc in Heaven. It d how Sun Wukong turns into the great Monkey King.
Cheng Lu is the director (导演) of the film. He was b into a Peking Opera family and loved Peking Opera."It's a big challenge(挑战) to combine(结合) Peking Opera and film b each of them has its own rhythm (节奏)," said Cheng.
To finish this Peking Opera film. Cheng found four a to play Sun Wukong in different parts in the film. They are good at different things, l dancing, singing and even martial arts (武术). Zhan Lei is one of the actors. He is a big f of Sun Wukong. He even r every dialogue from the 1986 TV play Journey to the West. Zhan is good at martial arts. In the film, he shows us how Sun Wukong beats o with martial arts.
