Ann is a ten-year-old girl. On weekends, she doesn't go to school and usually plays outside with her friends. It was Sunday yesterday and there were storm. Ann felt tired of being trapped(被困)inside the house. She didn't know to do after she finished her homework. Though it was raining (heavy), she wanted to go out. But her mother didn't agree.
To get much fun, Ann tried to keep (her) busy. She read the book Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. After she read several (passage), she got bored and stopped reading. Then, she decided (practice)the guitar. It is one of her hobbies. She didn't stop practicing lunchtime. After lunch, she sat by the window and watched the rain in silence.
While Ann was watching the rain, the phone rang. Ann felt (excite)after hearing that her father was coming home, her father was away on business and she didn't see her father for about a week.
After two hours, her father got home and gave Ann a new game.
